Steve is the lead-partner for our Cambridge and London offices delivering; Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent, Project Management, Contract Administration, Monitoring Surveyor and Principal Designer services.

Graduating from Anglia University in 1992 with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Steve became a Chartered Surveyor in 1994. He worked for Jackson & Adams, Moreton and Padmore, ChandlerKBS and Davis Langdon & Everest before founding Woodley Coles with Nigel Woodley in 2001.

Steve has a wealth of knowledge advising both public and private clients. His experience includes building and civil engineering projects. Steve’s most notable projects include the development of the Millennium Buildings at the Pfizer site in Sandwich. In the Further Education sector, Steve has been involved in significant projects to redevelop Coulsdon College, Barking & Dagenham College, Barnet & Southgate College and Redbridge College.
