Andrew has significant expertise in all aspects of Quantity Surveying and Cost Management with over twenty years experience working on building and civil engineering projects.

Graduating from The Nottingham Trent University in 1996 with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Andrew became a Chartered Surveyor in 2000. He worked for Moreton and Padmore and ChandlerKBS before joining Woodley Coles in 2005.

Initially delivering a number of education and one off bespoke projects for private clients, in 2008 Andrew joined our team delivering laboratory, commercial office consolidation, relocation and fit out projects across EMEA and India for Pfizer.

In 2014 an opportunity arose to support the Port of Dover in the redevelopment of the Western Docks. The combination of building knowledge and Andrew’s previous civil engineering experience gained whilst working on major tunneling and wastewater infrastructure projects before joining the practice made him the ideal choice for this role.

With his meticulous approach, Andrew brings a broad range of professional expertise to the practice leading his own projects and supporting the partners in the day to day management and development of the business.
