Operating from our Kent office, Chris has significant expertise in all aspects of Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration services. Chris is the partner responsible for our City, University of London and Pfizer frameworks as well as bespoke projects.

Graduating from Portsmouth University with a degree in Construction Management in 1994, Chris became a Chartered Surveyor in 1998. He worked for Moreton and Padmore and ChandlerKBS before joining Woodley Coles in 2002.

Chris’s exceptional capabilities led him to become the managing partner of our team delivering pharmaceutical and commercial projects across EMEA and APAC for Pfizer. During this time he has delivered projects in Primary, Secondary and Higher Education and notably the award winning project 'The Wing'. Chris also has significant civil engineering experience gained whilst working on major tunnelling and wastewater infrastructure projects.
