A development of two four bedroom and one three bedroom detached properties and associated external works constructed using traditional methods and good quality materials.
Due to ground conditions the foundations were constructed using CFA piles and ground beams, however, notwithstanding the additional expense the quality of the development was not compromised. The external walls are finished in facing brickwork with traditional details. Openings are fitted with sliding sash timber windows and timber doors. The pitched roofs are finished with either clay tiles or slate depending on the property. Internally finishes are to a high standard.
