A development comprising the construction of a three-storey residential dwelling, the restoration and extension of an existing store building and associated external works on the site of a derelict public house.
A modern re-creation of a traditional dwelling style, the external walls are finished in a combination of facing brickwork, render and timber cladding. Openings are fitted with flush fitted timber casement windows and timber doors. The pitched roof is finished with clay tiles. Internally finishes are to a high standard.
